DUTCH Test - Hormone Test
As a registered DUTCH test provider, I work with you to help identify the root causes of hormone imbalances in men and women. DUTCH Test can provide insights into conditions such as the menopause, PCOS, weight gain, fatigue, low libido, premenstrual syndrome, mood swings, sleep issues, mood disorders and prostate issues in men.
I will interpret the results for you and provide you with your results report, notes and a comprehensive plan so you can put the findings of the test into action.

This is a unique test, it measures your hormone metabolites from dried urine samples. The hormones include:
Cortisol
Cortisone
Oestradiol
Oestrone
Oestriol
Progesterone
Testosterone
DHEA and DHEA-S
Melatonin
This test also measures your cortisol and cortisone rhythms and levels, and how your body breaks down your hormones. It includes an organic acid test to check vitamin levels, gut function and oxidative stress.

There are a number of DUTCH test options for men and women. Which one is right for you will depend on the answers you want to know and the purpose of your test for example if you are struggling with fertility, insomnia, acne, PMS, menopause or want to know if your HRT is working.
I will talk you through the options so you can choose the best one. I will also talk you through the collection instructions.
Once we have received your report, I will set up a follow up call with to go through the results, what they mean and what your next steps will. be.

DUTCH tests are dried urine tests. The samples must be collected at specific times of the day/cycle. This means that you collect your samples at home. Once you have ordered your test, I will arrange delivery of everything you need for collection of samples and returning them to the lab. Your samples are sent directly to Precision Analytical for analysis. When I have received your report (usually 14 working days later), I will arrange an in person or online appointment with you to go through the results in detail and provide you with a plan to support you. I’ll also share your test results with you through a secure online platform. If you are a practitioner or work with a practitioner who does not provide DUTCH testing, I’m happy to providing testing/support as a third party.
