    Hi! I'm Claire, owner of Honest + Goodness Nutrition. I work with people like you to achieve their health goals, feel confident and energised.

     

    I opened Honest + Goodness Nutrition to support people struggling with their health, diet and lifestyle and specialise in providing tailor-made eating plans and lifestyle supports. I'm a qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist and Stress Management Coach.

     

    I take a bespoke approach and no two clients will receive the same programme. I will work with you to create a nutrition plan that allows you to enjoy food and make sustainable changes.

    • ​You will receive a document with a health questionnaire to fill out, so I know exactly what you want to focus on and any other underlying issues
    • You will get further information on how we will work together e.g. link to an online appointment, directions to the clinic etc.
    • We start session and we will discover exactly what it is going on in your body and what your next steps are going to be
    • After the session I will send you the action plan including nutritional advice, recipes, supplements and applicable lifestyle supports
    • I will also send you personalised tools and resources to help you
    • If you have signed up for one of the packages listed, you will also receive an invite to our app to help you track your goals and book your appointments
